Thea Stilton and the Princes Emerald

The Thea Sisters, a group of five mouselings who are ardent admirers of Thea Stilton, have many adventures just like their idol. The Thea Sisters come from various parts of the world. They met at Mouseford Academy, and became firm friends.

When Thea Stilton returned to her Alma Mater to teach a class on journalism, she met Nicky, Colette, Violet, Pamela and Paulina.

Geronimo Stilton: #12: Thea Stilton And The Princes Emerald is the twelfth adventure in the series. The Thea Sisters are all planning how they are going to spend their vacation when they receive a call for help from their Indian friend Ashvin, whom they met in an Alaskan adventure, Thea Stilton and The Ice Treasure.

Ashvin has been helping a scientist in a conservation project. He has been capturing,monkeys that have been causing problems in the coastal city of Chennai in southern India. Plans are in place to release them into the wild.

However, the project has hit a snag. The monkeys have demonstrated some weird habits, like stealing jewels. When a Maharajas jewel is stolen, the project is in real trouble. Ashvin wants the help of the Thea Sisters to help trace the person responsible for teaching the monkeys to steal and causing all the trouble. So, the Thea Sisters cancel their previous vacation plans and travel to India.
